Rosa Delgado started Taqueria Sol y Fuego to serve the street food worth waiting in line for. Salsas are made in small batches, meat is marinated overnight and tortillas hit the griddle when you order.
It is a casual spot with a loud playlist, quick service and a crew that treats every customer like a regular. Come hungry.
