Meet the chef
Chef Daniel Ito trained under patient masters and now runs the counter at Kaze Sushi Bar. The idea is the same every night: respect the fish, season the rice with care, and serve each piece while it is at its best.
Ask for a seat at the counter. Tell the chef what you like and he will take it from there.

Before you come in
Do you take reservations?
Yes for tables and omakase seats. The belt counter is first come, first served. Call or use the sample form to see how it would work.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Several. Cucumber and garden rolls, inari, vegetable tempura, edamame and seaweed salad. Tell us about allergies when you sit down.
Is the fish sustainably sourced?
