Questions

Before you walk in

I have never lifted. Is this for me?

Yes. Our Beginner Barbell block starts with an empty bar and a coach beside you. Everyone started somewhere.

Do you have competition equipment?

We have calibrated plates, competition benches and four platforms, so meet prep is possible on site.

Can I train at night or on weekends?

Members get 24/7 key fob access. Coached sessions run mornings, evenings and Saturdays.

Is there a contract?

No. Memberships are month to month. Tell a coach or send a message before your next billing date.

Do I need my own belt and shoes?

Bring flat shoes. Belts, straps and chalk are available to borrow.

First session is on us. Call or text and a coach will set you up.
